No.000025735 (Late) CT(GD) Ashok Kumar of TC and S BSF Hazaribagh, a Corona warrior deployed at Hazaribagh (Jharkhand), reported about breathlessness around 2030 hrs on 30.04.2021 and was immediately evacuated to Sadar Hospital Hazaribagh where he was admitted, tested for COVID and found positive. The treating doctor of Sadar Hospital Hazaribagh declared him dead on 01.05.2021 at about 1200 hrs while he was under treatment. CT(GD) Late Ashok Kumar laid down his life on the line of duty under the global pandemic situation due to corona virus infection and sacrificed his life as a consequence of his active deployment.
